WORRY FREE BUDGET PAYMENT PLAN

This plan allows you to spread your fuel costs over an eleven-month period without the worry of having to pay a large fuel bill at the time of delivery. This will assure you a season of uninterrupted heating oil deliveries.

Important Note: This program is only effective if all budget payments are made when due. Unless prior arrangements have been made, budget payments are due by the 10th of each and every month starting in July and ending in May. Your monthly budget payment is an estimate based on your average prior fuel usage, our anticipated fuel cost, and takes into account any credit balance that you may have from the past season.

Budget payments must be kept current. Delinquent accounts will automatically revert to our normal billing terms. If, at the end of the payment period there remains a balance, the final payment will be due in full by the end of June. If a credit balance exists, you may request a full or partial refund or simply leave the credit balance on your account to use in the calculation of next seasons budget amount.

For your convenience, we are able to process your monthly budget payment via credit card or by direct debit from your checking account. You may call the office to make your monthly payment or you may authorize automatic processing of your payments and we will take care of it for you.
